Q: Where are you located?

We're mobile and service the Greater Boston area. We come to you!

Q: Where should I park?

Anywhere convenient with full access to all sides of the vehicle. Just make sure it's in a public or approved area like visitor parking, especially in places like South Bay or apartment complexes. We can't service vehicles on private or restricted property without permission. 

Q: Do you need power or water from me?

Nope, we've got all that covered. We bring our own water and power supply to every job. All we need is access to your vehicle!

Q: Do you detail in all weather?

We operate in most conditions but may reschedule for rain or snow.

Q: Do you offer discounts or loyalty programs?

Yes, we have referral bonuses and seasonal promotions. For full details, please see our Terms of Service. Be sure to follow us on Instagram of Tiktok to stay updated on the latest deals. 

Q: What should I do before you arrive?

Please ensure you vehicle is accessible - either leave the key with us or keep the car unlocked. We also recommend removing any personal items from inside. 

Q: How long does a full detail take?

Typically, 2-4 hours depending on the service and vehicle condition. We'll give you a more accurate estimate after we inspect the car on arrival.

Q: Do I need to be there in person while you guys detail my car?

Not at all! Feel free to relax or go about your day, we'll take care of everything. As long as we have access to your vehicle, your presence isn't required. 

Q: May I get photos of my car before and after the detail?

Absolutely! We're happy to provide before and after photos upon request. Just let us know ahead of time or during booking. We also take photos of every vehicle we service for documentation and safety purposes.
