Terms of Service

1. Services Provided

PMC Mobile Detailing offers the following services:

​

  • Standard Package

  • Full Package

  • Standard Exterior Detail

  • Full Exterior Detail

  • Standard Interior Vacuum & Clean

  • Full Interior Detail

  • 18 - 24 Month Ceramic Coating Package

  • Ceramic Coating

  • Engine Bay Deep Clean

  • Exterior 1-Step Paint Correction

  • Other specific requests from customers

All services are mobile, meaning we travel to the customer’s location within Massachusetts.

2. Booking & Payments

​

  • Customers can book a service via text or call at 617-866-7155 or through our website "Booking Service Form".

  • Accepted payment methods:​

    • In-person: Customer preferred payment method (Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Apple Cash, Check, Cash).

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

​​​

  • Cancellations made with at least 36 hours notice will not incur any fees.

  • Cancellations made within 36 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a $20 cancellation fee.

  • No refunds will be issued once a service has been completed. All transactions are final.

  • If our team arrives at the scheduled appointment time and you are not present, a $20 late fee will be added to the total cost of your detailing service.

  • Continued absence after 30 minutes may result in cancellation of the appointment and be subject to the cancellation fee.

 

4. Non-Payment Policy

Payment is due in full upon completion of services. In the event of non-payment, PMC Mobile Detailing reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including but not limited to collections and small claims court. By booking a service, the customer agrees to these terms and acknowledges responsibility for any unpaid balance.

5. Liability & Damage Policy

​​

PMC Mobile Detailing is not liable for any pre-existing damages to the vehicle. Prior to servicing, we will document the vehicle’s condition with photos and videos for our records. Any personal belongings found in the vehicle will be collected in a secure bag and left in the vehicle for the owner to reorganize after service.

6. Marketing & Communication

​

  • By booking a service, you agree to receive SMS and email updates regarding:

    • Future promotions and discounts.

    • Company policy updates.

    • Appointment confirmations and reminders.

    • Full access to posting vehicles condition to PMC Mobile Detailing's social media pages.

Program Details:

  • Maintenance appointments will be scheduled in advance and performed at the customer’s location.

  • Services provided under the Maintenance Program may vary slightly based on the condition of the vehicle and customer preferences but typically include interior vacuuming, wipe-downs, light exterior cleanings, and maintenance-level care.

  • Payment for each maintenance visit is due in person upon completion of service, using the customer’s preferred payment method (Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Apple Cash, Check, or Cash).

  • All standard policies—including Cancellation & Refund, Non-Payment, Late Arrival, and Liability—apply to Maintenance Program appointments.

Customers may opt out of the Maintenance Program at any time with at least 36 hours' notice before their next scheduled appointment to avoid cancellation fees.

7. Service Area and Travel Fees

​​

We proudly provide services at no additional cost to clients located within a 10-mile radius of Boston, MA. For service locations beyond this radius, a travel fee will apply as follows: â€‹

  • 10-15 miles from Boston: $20 travel fee

  • 15-20 miles from Boston:$30 travel fee

  • 20+ miles: $30+$1/mile

Service requests beyond a 20-mile radius may be considered on a case-by-case basic and may incur additional fees. All travel fees, if applicable, will be clearly communicated and agreed upon prior to confirming your appointment or service.

8. Discounts and Promotions

​​

We occasionally offer special discounts, seasonal sales, or promotional offers to provide extra value to our customers. Please note the following terms regarding all such offers:​

  • One Offer Per Service: Only one discount or promotional offer may be applied to a single booked service. For example, if both a 10% summer sale and an additional promotional discount are available, only one (of your choosing) may be used.

  • Non-Stackable: Discounts and promotions cannot be combined or stacked unless explicitly stated.

  • Proper Application: Discounts must be applied at the time of booking. They cannot be retroactively applied after the service is completed.

By booking with PMC Mobile Detailing, you acknowledge and agree to these discount terms.​

9. Changes to Terms

​

PMC Mobile Detailing reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email and updated on our website.
